Gecamines has ‘paid in full’ for stake in CMSK

Gecamines, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) state-owned miner, maintains that it has paid in full for a 60% stake in a copper and cobalt mine, CMSK in Katanga province, which is the subject of arbitration in Paris.   Quizzed by Metal Bulletin about Gecamines’ dispute with Enterprise Generale Malta Forrest....
