LME copper prices posts gains in officials, trimming weekly losses

Copper prices made moderate gains in official trading on the London Metal Exchange on Friday but remained on course to record weekly losses after a correction that began on Tuesday.
Three-month copper settled at $7,358/360 per tonne on Friday, up from $7,285/90 per tonne a day earlier, as the euro stabilised around $1.30 following a mid-week rout.
The red metal was trading at $7,365 per tonne at 15:19 GMT, at a mid-point in its daily trading range. Closing at this level would translate to a weekly loss....
