TORONTO — A.M. Castle & Co. has completed its $165-million acquisition of Tube Supply Inc.
The Oak Brook, Ill.-based metals processor and distributor said Friday that Tube Supply founders Paul Sorensen and Jerry Willeford, along with the rest of the company’s management team, would remain in place.....
