Shanghai copper slips 0.5% on EU worries

Copper futures prices in Shanghai began the week with a fall, dropping 0.5% amid generally weak sentiment in Asian financial markets.
March copper on the Shanghai Futures Exchange settled at 53,530 yuan ($8,364) per tonne, down 250 yuan from Friday.
