West African, Latin American consumers accept $20 hike in CIS rebar prices

CIS rebar exporters have passed on higher ferrous scrap costs to West African and Latin American consumers for January production and shipment.

Rebar was sold late last week at $640-650 per tonne fob Black Sea, compared with $620-630 fob previously.....
