Ferrexpo launches high court action against Gilson Investments

Swiss iron ore pellet producer Ferrexpo has launched a UK high court action against Gilson Investments, the producer said on December 19.
An initial hearing will take place in February 2012 and is the latest development in a long-running legal dispute between Ferrexpo and Gilson over the Poltava....
