Aluminium prices suffer most in LME officials; spreads and stocks in focus

Aluminium prices declined 2.4% on an official basis on the London Metal Exchange on Monday, while nearby spreads remained bid ahead of the monthly prompt date on Wednesday.
Three-month aluminium settled at an official low of $1,961/62 per tonne, down from $2,009/9.50 per tonne on Friday.
The December-January spreads remained in backwardation, and fresh inflows of aluminium into LME stores raised expectations that shorts will deliver against their contracts rather than....
