Shipper sues recyclers over containers

PITTSBURGH A French container shipping company is suing recyclers in two states for more than $1.6 million over 61 allegedly missing containers, and is asking the court to have the shipping boxes seized.
CMA CGM filed the lawsuit against Lonestar Foxhall LLC and Sipac Recycling LLC, both of Dallas, and OM Metals LLC and Prateek Desai, both of Mountain View, Calif., contending that they havent returned all of the companys containers and are using them to conduct export activities.....
