NEW YORK Aluminum used beverage can (UBC) recycling rates reversed course in November, posting a decline after logging slight gains in October.
UBC reclamation totaled 119.6 million pounds in November, down 9.2 percent from 131.7 million pounds in October and down 7.9 percent from 129.8 million pounds in November 2010,....
