PITTSBURGH An ArcelorMittal USA LLC subsidiary has filed a countersuit against a customer that last month accused the company of reneging on deliveries of metallurgical coal amid rising prices.
International trading company Balli Steel Plc filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Illinois against Princeton, W.Va.-based ArcelorMittal Princeton Mining (AMP), accusing the company of breach of contract (AMM, Nov. 22).....
