European rebar prices held for second week to woo local buyers

European rebar producers have held prices at the same level for a second consecutive week for December rolling and delivery to encourage purchases by local consumers.
Small parcels of a few hundred tonnes of rebar have been sold this week at €520-540 ($679-705) per tonne delivered, unchanged since the beginning....
