DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Higher offers push index up

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index cfr Iskenderun rose to $457.51 per tonne on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on Tuesday December 20, up $1.65 from $457.51 on December 19.
No new deals were heard on Tuesday, with the index rising on....
