CHICAGO Industrial production index and capacity utilization rates for primary metal producers hit highs in November not seen in three years, according to the latest Federal Reserve Board report.
The industrial production index for primary metal producers spiked at 93.1, nearly matching the October 2008 index of 93.2, the report indicates, and the capacity utilization rate climbed to 74.9 percent, the highest level since 78 percent in September 2008.....
