Spot 63.5% iron ore price climbs to $140-142 cfr China

China’s imported iron ore market warmed slightly on Wednesday December 21 as several buyers returned the market for restocking.
Mainstream prices of 63.5% Indian fines stood at $140-142 per tonne cfr China, up $1-2 from Tuesday.
One Australian miner sold a combined cargo at $134.2 cfr for Mining Area C fines and $138.2 cfr for Newman fines on Wednesday, sources said.
