CHINA STEEL WRAP: Shagang and Hebei Steel keep longs price flat for late December

Both Shagang and Hebei Steel will keep their rebar and wire rod prices flat for the last ten days of December, both companies announced on Wednesday.
"The flat list price by them is well expected since spot market prices have seen few changes these days," a trader in Shanghai....
