World crude steel production up 1.1% year-on-year in November 2011, capacity utilisation down

Production of crude steel marginally increased in November 2011, according to data from the World Steel Association (worldsteel).
Output increased by 1.1% in November 2011 to 116 million tonnes, up from 114 million tonnes in the same month a year earlier, worldsteel said.
Production from the biggest producer, China, fell to 49.88 million....
