TORONTO — Leggett & Platt Inc. has entered a deal to purchase aerospace components supplier Western Pneumatic Tube Holding LLC.
The transaction is structured as a cash purchase with an enterprise value of $188 million and is expected to close by Jan. 31, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval, the Carthage, Mo.-based diversified manufacturer said.....
