PITTSBURGH Recyclers in Arizona will be subject to stricter rules in the new year, although industrial accounts are exempt from the new statutes.
Effective Jan. 1, copper and aluminum wire at least ⅜-inch thick that is valued at more than $100 will be subject to a seven-day tag-and-hold rule. ....
