PITTSBURGH — The owner of Florida auto crusher Twisted Metal Recycling & Auto was arrested Dec. 21 for allegedly crushing a vehicle that was reported stolen.
Douglas Kologinski, owner of the DeFuniak Springs-based recycler, has been charged with property crimes and failure to obtain a certificate of salvage destruction or title, according to a report....
