PITTSBURGH A national construction company is suing an ArcelorMittal USA Inc. subsidiary, alleging the producer through its own negligence sank a barge of scrap metal that it had purchased and now refuses to pay for the material.
Granite Construction Co. and insurer Northern Assurance Co. of America filed the lawsuit against ArcelorMittal LaPlace LLC in U.S. District Court in Louisiana.....
