CHINA STEEL WRAP: Billet prices down on weak demand

Spot billet prices fell again in China and traders saw few signs of pre-Chinese New Year restocking. Billet prices in Tangshan in northern China fell to 3,700 yuan per tonne, down from 3,730 yuan per tonne last Friday. "Trading volume is very low. Things are different this year.....
