CHINA STEEL WRAP: Billet prices down on weak demand

Spot billet prices fell again in China and traders saw few signs of pre-Chinese New Year restocking.
Billet prices in Tangshan in northern China fell to 3,700 yuan per tonne, down from 3,730 yuan per tonne last Friday.
