CHICAGO — U.S. Labor Secretary Hilda L. Solis has appointed James D. English, retired secretary-treasurer of the United Steelworkers union, to the ERISA Advisory Council.
The 15-member council advises the government on policies and regulations affecting employee benefit plans governed by the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).....
