Venezuelan HBI export prices expected to rise in January

Export prices for hot briquetted iron (HBI) from Venezuela are expected to increase in January following a steep fall over the past three months, market participants said.
Most deals for December shipment were closed in the range of $310-340 per tonne fob, while for January, prices are likely to reach $320-360 fob, depending on the producer and the product quality, sources....
