PITTSBURGH Two people affiliated with recycling operations and an unlicensed scrap dealer in California were arrested after police were tipped off that large quantities of stolen metal allegedly were being "fenced."
Roseville Police Departments Crime Suppression Unit said it is investigating several scrap dealers allegedly purchasing crudely sawed-off catalytic converters, copper wire and other nonferrous metals. ....
