Shredded ferrous scrap offer prices to India pushed up by global competition

Bullish merchants increased their offer prices for shredded ferrous scrap to India this week, in line with recent trade to Turkey, traders told Metal Bulletin.
Offer prices increased to $470-475 per tonne cfr Nhava Sheva for containerised shredded scrap, up from $460-465 cfr on December 21.
