CHICAGO — Pennsylvania Steel Co. Inc. has acquired Winchester Metals Inc.’s Powhatan, Va., operations, its second purchase in six months.
The operation, located outside of Richmond, will be known as Pennsylvania Steel Co. Richmond division. Powhatan’s eight employees will remain at the facility.....
