LOS ANGELES — RTI International Metals Inc. has completed its largest-ever acquisition with the purchase of Remmele Engineering Inc. from venture capital company Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison Inc.
The Pittsburgh-based titanium producer, distributor and fabricator said it paid $182 million for New Brighton, Minn.-based Remmele, a machining and engineering firm that serves the aerospace, defense and medical device markets.....
