NEW YORK — The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) said it has formally settled charges with one U.S. supplier of ductile iron pipe fittings that allegedly engaged in illegal anti-competitive practices to protect its market share.
At the same time, the government agency has charged two other suppliers with illegally conspiring to fix prices, it said Tuesday.....
