DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Turkish mills book three cargoes in quiet patch

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index was close to unchanged at $448.33 per tonne cfr Iskenderun on an HMS 1&2 (80:20) basis on Wednesday February 29, compared with $449.09 a day earlier.
Three cargoes have been fixed this week,....
