UK 18/8 stainless steel scrap solids prices fall on lower nickel

Inter-merchant prices for 18/8 stainless steel scrap solids fell this week on a weaker LME three month nickel market and a fall in trading activity, merchants told Metal Bulletin on Friday March 2. 18/8 solids were reported at £1,200-1,250 per tonne delivered, down from £1,250-1,300 a week ago.  Prices....
