TORONTO Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corp. (TPCO) plans to begin "vertical" construction this month on a finishing and threading facility in Gregory, Texas.
The facility, the first phase of TPCOs seamless pipe mill project in Gregory, is expected to be completed by early 2013, according to a spokeswoman for the Chinese steelmaker, parent company of TPCO America. "There has been considerable site work over the last five months," she said.....
