Ivaco plans $80.5M billet product expansion

TORONTO Ivaco Rolling Mills LP plans to spend Canadian $80 million ($80.5 million) to expand and upgrade its steelmaking facilities to increase its product range and market share.
The investment is expected to include upgrades to Ivacos steelmaking facilities that will allow the company to boost steel billet output as well as production of different grades and higher-quality billets, the Canadian government said Monday.....
