NEW YORK The World Trade Organization (WTO) has ruled in favor of the United States over claims by the European Union that it gave illegal subsidies to Boeing Co.
The WTOs Appellate Body rejected many of the claims in a March 2011 filing that the U.S. government provided some $19 billion in trade-distorting subsidies to the Chicago-based company. Instead, it found that Boeing received some $3 billion to....
