PITTSBURGH Residents in Pensacola, Fla., have filed two separate lawsuits in an attempt to force an auto shredder that was commissioned in 2010 to be closed permanently.
Charlie Mullins and Earl Rhodes, who live near the facility, have filed suit in Escambia County Circuit Court against GSI Recycling Inc. and Scrap Inc., which own the shredding operation on the 11-acre site, and affiliate D&S of Pensacola Inc., which....
