NEW YORK Heavy melting steel scrap exports were mixed in January, surging from a year earlier but falling from Decembers levels.
Heavy melt scrap exports totaled 533,995 tonnes in January, up 46 percent from 365,808 tonnes in the same month last year but down 16.9 percent from 642,413 tonnes in December.....
