NEW YORK The owner of a California scrapyard that was raided in early March and is now accused of keeping insufficient records claims it was unfairly targeted by local police.
Yuba Scrappers Yuba City headquarters was raided March 2 by police, who said they were acting on information that the company had recently purchased a set of aluminum bleachers that allegedly were stolen from a motocross park in Marysville, Calif. The bleachers had been installed in January for $22,000.....
