TORONTO TMK Ipsco plans to start operations at a new pipe-threading plant in Edmonton, Alberta, in late 2012.
The Downers Grove, Ill.-based steel tube and pipe maker said Tuesday that it had begun development work on the facility, which it said would serve customers in Canadas energy sector.....
