NEW YORK — Aleris International Inc. has filed an amendment with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) estimating the size of its initial public offering (IPO) at 31.25 million shares.
Beachwood, Ohio-based Aleris said in the filing it would sell around 9,375,000 shares while shareholders would sell 21,875,000 shares.....
