NEW YORK Aluminum Shapes LLC and Teamsters union Local 837 have signed a four-year labor contract covering nearly 200 employees at the companys Pensauken, N.J., extrusion plant.
The agreement includes a bonus of 5 percent of base salaries, provided the employees hit quality and productivity standards, Ted Riddle, chief executive officer of the a Delair, N.J.-based extruder and casthouse, said in an e-mailed....
