The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) lacks capacity to verify and aggregate production and exports of minerals, a challenge with which authorities in Zambia are also grappling, according to mining analysts.
This partially explains the DRC and Zambia’s outcries on low revenue flows from the mining....
