CLOSE TO CLOSE: Base metals flat in LME kerb

Base metals closed generally flat during the kerb session on the London Metal Exchange on Tuesday April 3, as new industrial figures from the USA and the property market in China supported prices at their current level, a category I trader said.
Copper prices closed at $8,615 per tonne, basis three months, compared with $8,641 per tonne on Monday.
