TORONTO — Willbros Group Inc. has been awarded a contract by Energy Transfer Partners LP to build a portion of the Red River Gathering Pipeline, it said.
The Houston-based engineering and construction services company, which specializes in energy infrastructure, announced Monday that Dallas-based Energy Transfer Partners had tapped its oil and gas segment for work on a 30-inch-diameter pipeline.....
