NEW YORK — DLA Strategic Materials offered 560 tons of low-carbon ferrochrome Tuesday under its first basic ordering agreement (BOA) for April.
The material includes 280 tons each of 0.16- and 0.10-percent ferrochrome, offered from the agency’s Ravenna, Ohio, depot.....
