Mills and merchants in the UK are currently discussing price drops for ferrous scrap deliveries to be made in April, with a fall in Turkish export prices in the past month and higher container freight costs weighing on prices. The two big operating mills in the UK are looking to shave £10-13 ($16-21) per tonne off their April ferrous scrap delivery prices, bidding for 1&2 old steel at £245-250 per tonne delivered....
