JMC rolls Lakeside Steel into new tube division

TORONTO — JMC Steel Group Inc. plans to combine the former Lakeside Steel Inc. with its own energy tubular assets to form a new division called EnergeX Tube.
The Chicago-based steel tube and pipe producer, which completed its acquisition of Lakeside Steel last week, said that former Lakeside executive and steel industry veteran Robert Okrzesik had been tapped to serve as vice president of sales and marketing of EnergeX Tube.....
