ArcelorMittal SA could face $389m fine if found guilty of price fixing

ArcelorMittal South Africa could face a fine of more than R3 billion ($387 million) if it is found to have been involved in price-fixing, the country’s competition regulator said on Monday April 2.
Evraz Highveld & Vanadium could face a fine of R550 million if it is found to have committed the same offence.
