Sanders Lead sues over refining patent

NEW YORK Sanders Lead Co. Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Stannum Group LLC, Stannum International LLC and S.P. Metals Inc. for allegedly attempting to enforce a patent for a lead-refining technique that was developed in conjunction with Sanders.
The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in Alabama, alleges that the defendants obtained a patent for a process to remove tin from lead, dubbed "the Razor process," and wants Sanders to pay royalties for using the process.....
