Copper prices slide in LME officials

Base metal prices had mixed fortunes in official trading on the London Metal Exchange on Tuesday April 10, as copper, aluminium and nickel all fell back from opening levels amid concerns over the European economy and Chinese growth.
Three-month copper settled at $8,225/227 per tonne, compared with an opening price of $8,242. ....
