NEW YORK A strike at Nichols Aluminum LLCs Davenport, Iowa, facility ended Friday morning, but the future of unionized workers jobs remains uncertain after the company last week gave more than 100 temporary workers permanent status.
"The union informed us Friday morning (they were) ending the strike," Nichols president Thomas Brackmann told AMM. "The picket lines are gone."....
